– Heavy Equipment Operator $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Location:Youngstown, OH
Industrial Mill Maintenance, Inc. is currently seeking a dependable, experienced heavy equipment operators. Positions are in a local steel mill that specializes in making seamless steel pipe.
Our crews currently work Monday-Friday and most Saturdays, all day shifts. They are loading pipe onto flatbed semi trailers. Operators run Doosan articulating front loaders with forks.
Standard warehouse forklift experience is NOT a qualification for this position.
Job Duties
- Safely and effectively operate a large capacity front loader with forks to move steel pipe
- Follow safety rules and regulations
- Ensure that production goals are met
- Complete all training requirements
- Have excellent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have 2 + years of experience operating heavy equipment with the highest level of safety.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and proven dependability
- Must be able to pass an observed physical and drug test and criminal background screening.
